JRC publication reviews 40 years of achievements on uranium standards

JRC scientists review 40 years of achievements in hexafluoride (UF6) mass spectrometry and describe the current state-of-the-art measurement techniques.

Moreover, the paper gives recommendations for the selection of appropriate reference materials for a given sample and for suitable measurement procedures.
