Applications for beam time at the GELINA or Van de Graaff facility must be
submitted to the project coordinator () using the
EUFRAT application form[145Kb].
At the end of a EUFRAT experiment, the group leader must submit a short
user report [158Kb]to the project coordinator.
Within one month after finishing the experiment, each user eligible for
reimbursement of expenses should submit a
statement of expenses[137Kb] to IRMM. Justified costs will be reimbursed by IRMM
according to the EUFRAT
reimbursement rules[15Kb].
