01-03 June 2010: The EU-RL Mycotoxins organised a training course on contaminants in food for inspectors of the Food and Veterinary Office (FVO) - DG SANCO. Trainees had the possibility not only to assist to the whole analytical process, from sample preparation to instrumental qualification, but also to participate actively in the course as it was organised as a round table discussion concerning the main points to be considered when inspecting a laboratory, both in a Member State and in a Third Country.
